Target group
This advanced leadership training programme is conceived for leaders, who have already participated in a PROAKTIV leadership training course or the leadership training programme "Licence to Lead".
It is also suitable for experienced leaders, who have not taken part in a PROAKTIV leadership training course. We train the most important leadership tools using the LiFO method: Life Orientations - developed by Dr Allan Katcher and Dr Stuart Atkins.

Prepare your personal strengths profile, evaluate it together with the trainer/coach, utilise it in the training sessions, incl. learning recommendations. | ||
Training certificate
Awarded following the successful completion of and participation in all of the full-day training sessions or online modules. When the attendance is incomplete, a confirmation of participation only is issued. | ||
