Conflict-solving Leadership
NEW COURSE! Individuals with differing characters encounter one another in every team. This means that disputes are the rule rather than the exception. They should, however, never become disruptive factors and they have to be resolved quickly and skilfully. This is why it is important that disputes are recognised at an early stage and that you are proficient in the fundamentals of conflict mediation. In this way, you maintain and promote productive cooperation within your team.
You enhance your social skills on this two-day intensive course and actively contribute to resolving disputes within your team in future. You learn intensively on this course due to the interesting combination of impartation of knowledge and exercises with practical relevance. Practising with leaders from other companies provides you with an insight into other leadership styles.
