Licence to Lead
Successful companies need leaders who keep the corporate goals in mind and also lead their staff in a motivating manner. Their function as a role model is characteristic of the manner in which they lead their staff which in turn shapes the corporate culture.
During the leadership training programme, Licence to Lead, you develop and reflect on your own personal leadership style. You become more confident in effectively implementing leadership tools and adapting them to suit the individual work situation and employee. You use specific situations from your everyday working life to practise implementing the principles of leadership using different methods that supplement one another.

Target group
Licence to Lead is intended for upcoming and experienced corporate leaders, executives and managers who want to receive well-founded training with a pracitcal focus on employee management. These include, for instance team, department and divisional managers, as well as employees intending to move from their employee status into a managerial position.
The Licence to Lead leadership training programme is designed as a combination of face-to-face and online training. In this way, you make optimal usage of the benefits of both training methods.
