Remote Leadership
Working in remote teams is already commonplace in many companies. In addition, the corona pandemic is accelerating the extent to which employees are working from home or in virtual teams. Leaders who want to remain successful must be prepared to re-structure work processes at many locations and to learn without further ado to lead their teams who are working from home or at different locations successfully. Leading remote teams is, however, particularly challenging for leaders. Remote leadership can only be successful if team members communicate clearly with each other and place trust in one another, and structures suitable for the situation are created.
We have put together the digital PROAKTIV training course ‘Remote Leadership’ especially for this time of crisis so that you can master the challenge in the best possible way and help your team to perform at its best even though the members are working from different locations. You will learn:
