The Virtual Leadership Training is intended for employees on differing corporate levels with leadership responsibility who have to manage teams across various business locations. Likewise, this leadership course is suitable for project heads.
Taking examples from practice as the basis, you develop and elaborate the success factors for virtual leadership in the training. You learn how to build up virtual teams, as well as how to structure and organize the cooperative work effectively and economically.
